The Ostuni area is supposed to be very popular for vacationers. Lots of rental opportunities. Properties like this are lovely when the outdoor areas are improved with walking paths, gardens, and a pool. Since the house is small, it wouldn’t be super expensive to renovate. Great size for a couple.

Nice property. Great idea of showing properties without having to be actually there. ( for sure it saves you lots of money in gas, etc). There is another couple in you tube which all they do is show properties they find in the internet without been in person at the location. Now to acually see you guys showing the properties in person it makes it more personal plus is nice to see you guys.

Well Ana, no worries! I just filmed another 7 properties in person this week to show over the next month... 😅 I think it is important to show new areas, and of course I can't be in Sardinia, Sicily, Tuscany and Puglia all in a span of 5 days, so I thought this would be OK. But I still say you can't REALLY show a property without being there so I am just keeping these light and trying to drop in some good info at the same time. Look for full length videos soon (On Saturday like always!).

That whole kitchen area can be redone to accommodate a full under the counter fridge and freezer (some excellent European models out there) and I’m sure there is plumbing for a sink. You take out that little furniture, put in a sink and additional counter space and install under the counter refrigeration units. You are probably looking at 25-30 grand (dollars) for a total redo. You negotiate a lower price on the house and it will pay for itself 👍
