This has a lot of potential especially with the possibility of having the garage. Would love to see this as one large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus study and laundry room in addition to living, kitchen area. I wonder how much to open up the space and make it superb? Would a renovation budget of $150 k be sufficient. Hope your ankle is getting much much better.

Well it's an advertisement for an apartment not a house so normally there would be more apartments. You can see the second floor at 1:00.

It looks to me like there might be an access easement through the garage for the upper floors but I would have to ask if there is an alternate entrance for those floors.
