Pull start to electric start on a small outboard engine

This is a wee boat that I bought a few years ago and I add more stuff to it every year. This year I am changing the pull start to an electric start and making the outboard charge the battery at the same time. I ran into various things that I wouldn't have thought about at the start so I think I will end up making another video to follow up....
