Considering he doesnt own that phone anymore, doesnt go through that bank anymore, and says he has gotten contacted by others about stolen cards makes me think hes a victim in this too. Defendant is the worst liar I've ever seen. Shady and suspicious.

I don't think this boy has the IQ to be pulling this type of scam - not trying to sound harsh, just an observation, he's not that cleaver. I believed him when he said he didn't have a zell account, and I believe him that no money went into his bank account. I suspect that someone who knows him used his name to do this. If this type of fraud is committed on CL, they will turn over all of the account information to the authorities once court ordered. Determining if it was this kid or not is not that difficult.

That’s a great description. Most of us have a pretty good sense of people especially with the benefit of age (wisdom) and while most folks truly are decent people (at least that’s my sense) those that intrinsically are not do in fact give off some real bad vibes that most of us can easily discern and know implicitly to STAY THE HELL AWAY!

The plaintiff should’ve followed thru with the subpoena! This defendant is guilty AF! He don’t even believe himself stuttering that nonsense story😂 And to bring his dad into this to help him lie is beyond me. Embarrassing!
