The defendant did not falsify the plaintiff's income she did with the dealership and blamed the dealership. And got shady when it came out that the original financing from the dealership fell through, the defendant offered her the car back. And the plaintiff claimed she wanted money for the car. Of course, with the car in the defendant's name and insurance. No way old lady, the gig is up.

@@ButtonsCasey I worked at a dealership and when we did cash deals we would still have to run your credit and it’s not for the credit To be honest it’s so that if your social is attached to a don’t sell list you’ll show up. Dealerships are also gatekeepers for fraud it’s really a terrorist report which sounds odd but they are required to do that and if your name pops up they will call the police. But the dealership is t going to tell their customer that! So they are going to tell you it’s for a different reason.

@@KaylaOnStuff yeah and if over $10k definitely have to run the credit and report it. Maybe your dealership didn’t do it i don’t think you HAVE to do but if you sale a car to someone who is on the list you’ll go to jail as the sales rep. Did you not have to get a sales license? They should’ve went over that with you when you applied for the license at the DMV and that’s why best practice is always just to run the credit.

I think the older women was trying to make money off the two defendants. It's not easy to take time off of work to go get the car registration at one office something else for the car at another. Then put out the money on insurance. Those young women wanted and did what was needed to keep the car. Nothing in the plaintiff's case made any sense. I'm glad the young ladies had a second set of car keys to repo their legally owned car.

When I was sixteen my friend had a beautiful car that we drove around in ,he even let me drive it on accusations all by myself to go do stuff. I new the car was in great shape. When he decided to sell it,cause that's how he was always buying and selling vehicles, I needed/wanted that car...I told him I'd buy it,he said sure. I went to get my finances in order at the bank $2500 back in 1985 was good money for a 78 olds cutlas. After I talked to my buddy,And he informed me that his dad advised him this stupid rule about not selling cars to friends so he wouldn't sell me it. I was enormously perturbed about this, and to make matters worse he later sold the same car to another friend of both of ours.😲 then later he found a car in the auto trader he said I should look at ,it was 2 hours away and took some doing to get down there for me 2 hrs was a big drive to do nothing, so when I got there It was buy it or get going. I bought it and it was one thing after the other with it ,it was a head ache that was just a money pit. This stupid rule about not selling cars to friends is bs. And really it was the start to our now dead for years friendship.

Two most important things to have when buying a car from a private seller. One the title very important and two a bill of sale signed by you and the owner of the car that’s being sold that way you have proof of sale. Lots think of the title cool but a bill of sale also important it shows the original owner did sell you the car.

The defendant has a good heart trying to help out the plaintiff and the plaintiff took advantage of that generosity. It’s really shameful how the plaintiff lies in court saying she paid for the car back without any proof.

I really have to commend the judges on these shows for not totally loosing it. So many plaintiffs/defendants come in with NOTHING. I would loose it on them and dismiss the case in a heart beat.

Ok, in the Plaintiff’s own words at the end, “Wow”! That’s what I have to say to her for even bringing this case to court! She sold that car to the Defendant fair & square! You can’t trust everybody when it comes to $$! She has nerve then to snicker at JM’s decision at the end! SMH!!
