Pumping Iron was originally going to be an entirely different film. There was an actor that was going to go through weightlifting training for the first time and that was going to be the premise. All his adventures meeting with these body builders and training with them but after awhile he decided the movie would be so much better without him it because he just distracted from it so he refused any money for what he had done and gave them his blessing. I can't remember the actor but he was a pretty popular tv star at the time.

ROFL, no. That is what is called medium rare. Rare has a red line in the middle and is cool there. Medium rare is pink throughout and warm in the center and hot on the surface. That's perfect for beef. Medium is eh, okay, anything else a the beef loses its flavor. That medium rare burger looks perfect!
