Recipe:
1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2 egg
1 3/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Salt
2/3 cup Craisins
For the Icing
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 8oz packaged Cream Cheese
2 tbs Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Mix the wet ingredients
2. Mix the dry ingredients
3. Mix the dry and wet together
4. Pour into a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cool
6. Remove from pan and add icing.
