I love this i am going to try switching as this is a problem for me since I am right handed and left footed i always end up standing in opposite like opposite to my lead hand but i think if I do these drills with repetition I should be good 👍🏻

Posted this right when I needed it! I’ve been trying to improve my footwork lately. Could you also do a head movement with footwork guide? Lately in my sparring, I feel like when I’m slipping and rolling I’m too stationary, and when I come back up my opponent has cut an angle on me
