ਇੱਕ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਧਰਮ ਫੈਲਣ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਘੱਟ ਪੜੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਜੋ ਕੌਮ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਚ ਪਾਏ ਦੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਸਕਣ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਪੜੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਵਧੀਆ ਨੁਮਾਇਦੇ ਚੁਣਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਐਜੂਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ।

ਸਰਦਾਰ ਜੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਬੇਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੈਠੀਆ ਰੋਗ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਲਾਗੇ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਇਸਾਈ ਪਾਦਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਿਸੂ ਮਸੀਹ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੁਆ ਕਰਕੇ ਰੋਗ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਵਾਂਗਾ । ਜਿਹੜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਲੈਕੇ ਆਇਆ ਪਾਦਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਸਿੱਖ ਸੀ।ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਸਿਖ ਹਾਂ। ਵਾਪਸ ਮੋੜਿਆ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਕਿਰਛਿਨਾ ਕੋਲ਼ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਹੈ ਸਤਰ ਪਰਸੈਂਟ ਪੈਸੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਏਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਰਹੇਂ ਹਨ

ਭਾਈ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਧਰਮ ਪ੍ਰਵਰਤਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਸਨ । ਇਕ ਡਰ ਕੇ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਲਾਲਚੀ ਸਨ । ਲਹਿੰਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਇਹੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ -ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਧਰਮ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੋ ਤਬਕੇ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਇਕ ਕਾਰਣ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਸਿਧਾਂਤ ਤੋਂ ਉਲਟ ਜਾਤ ਪਾਤ ਦਾ ਬੋਲ ਬਾਲਾ ਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਲਾਲਚ ।ਲਾਲਚੀ ਤਾਂ ਭਾਈ ਤਾਰੂ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣ ਸਕਦੇ ।ਜਾਤ ਪਾਤ ਦਾ ਗ਼ਲਬਾ ਵੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਨੋ ਦਿਨ ਵਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇੰਨਾਂ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਹੋਇਗਾ ਹੀ ਜੋ ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ । ਪਰ ਇਹ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ , ਅਮਲੀ ਕੁਝ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ ।

when some people are poor while the others are financially very sound in any community then the poor are harassed by the rich and with the result to mitigate their problems the poor are asked by some other helping organisations the weaker section people adopt other religions.we should not blame others because we do not stand with poor and ultimately we are resposible.

Very good analysis. Thanks. Sirs what I experienced in village life, the community in question use tobacco ie cigarette , jarda etc which is forbidden in Sikhism. Secondly from centuries they are working with Farmers called as Siris and both were maintaining very cordial relations but their new generation as like of farmers do not follow their fatherhood system and do not want to work under anybody and some of them developed link with too Christians and got huge money, they have made good houses with which other community much impressed, misled and followed Christianity. They take beaf which is forbidden in Sikhism families. Except a few, most do not follow hygienic labas and food. They can clean other houses other children but not their own, therefore Gurdwaras hesitate to give them sri Beed Sahib for performing religious ceremonies and directing them to follow and perform as per their new religion. This conversion is dividing the communities and spoiling relations aming Farmers and mazdoor class as well affecting in agriculture. Thanks.
