Well I just realised something horrible. The Alpha and Omega Pups are better characters than these flipping puppies. Rage inducing as they may be at least they're actually involved in the story and drive the plot. Also because they're animated they can actually give a performance, unlike these wastes of film. (Note: this doesn't make them good characters, but better than these dogs)

My priorities are so screwed up and connected to actual movies where things like continuity exist. The whole movie I was saying, "Okay, now cut to Mama Paw Paw and her second husband celebrating Hanukkah with their puppies so we can see what it looks like when a boxer and poodle have kids." Also, I thought you'd notice that... maybe it's just me but the newborn girls didn't look like yorkies or, I guess, wheaten terriers but rather like baby rotties or dobies. Prime "wait, who else were you sleeping with" territory, and truth in television. Cats and dogs, at the very least, can have multiple fathers for one litter. It's just slightly less likely for dogs for anatomical reasons.

You know what's odd? These Pup Star movies have a Yorkshire Terrior named Tiny. Santa Buddies had a pup in it named Tiny. Both of them are voiced by the same person. I'd say they were the same dog...except for one little detail. The one from SB had a boy owner, while the one from PS has a girl owner.

Want to know what makes the chess scene even dumber? We see that Sy’s queen was the only thing blocking Charlie’s rook before Sy deliberately moved it out of the way at 17:20. Not only is that move dumb, it’s ILLEGAL! You can’t move yourself into check even if you want to for some reason. What the writers were trying to do with Charlie’s move was to cover the diagonals in which Sy’s king could escape, but that doesn’t matter if Sy ALREADY PUT HIMSELF IN CHECK! I guess those two are evenly matched in STUPIDITY! And how was Charlie “cheating” anyway? It was his move, and he moved, that’s fine!

this Christmas movie confuses me if the Puppy Star Franchise is in the same universe as the buddies. since they use the same Christmas staff as the paws franchise, in the same universe as the buddies. so is it and the buddies CAN talk, or they aren't the same universe and they CANT. doesn't help that the Santa movies with the Magic Icicle don't all have the same actors as the previous ones.
