I volunteer at an animal shelter and this happens way more than one would think. People throw dogs away or leave them chained up in abandoned buildings. 😢

I shall never understand those people who are cruel to animals. Poor dog had a skin condition which needed treatment. Love the people who rescued her. Even though fearful the dog was sweet. With care and kindness, she is very darling and a wonderful companion. Well worth saving.
