I started college at Purdue in the fall of 1980. This was the beginning of the 44 year drought. I remember every disappointing end to the tournament but I’m starting to forget after this. Thank you Boiler coaches, players, staff, fans, and media. Also, thank you Tennessee for making Purdue earn this. I will root for you to win in the near future. You are winners too. Your time will come soon if you keep at it.
