***Apologies for the wacky data on my motorcycle's telemetry halfway through the video. I've been trying to diagnose the issue for weeks. Speed was taken from Racebox instead.
Funny enough, my main focus for this day in particular was to relax and become more comfortable pushing my limits. Apparently, I did exactly the opposite. The good news is, as the day progressed, I was able to bring my heart rate down and got better with remembering to breathe as us newbies have a tendency to hold our breath going through certain sections. I did not record the first session of the day as I was taking it easy breaking in new tires.
