We humans have our personality ,attributes, notions, beliefs, memories, concepts and so on , some can be verified , a soul is something that can not be verified,it can only be assumed.

It's verified. When you look at robot, no matter how real it looks, you know its not alive, why somethjng is missing....what's missing??? The soul... When a person lies, how do we know when investigating the person is lying??? The body gives it away, it figets and gives signs away they are lying. Why does your own body, heart and mind incriminate itself, even making you go to prison??? That's your soul....

Its a continuous process, daily one to the end of life. Its like eating food, but this dhikr remembrance of Allah swt is food for heart and soul. Like food, if you miss it a day, you might last but over time you whither away. Similar if you do not feed heart and soul with the remembrance of Allah swt you whether way, you deprive it of it really needs. Over time this could lead to restlessness, frustration, irritability, anxiety, and in some cases depression and death. Remembrance of Allah swt regularly will result in sins reducing over time, not instantly for most people. Because you will be habit of remembering Allah swt, so when your hands goes towards doing something sinful, Allah swt name will pop up in your head and eventually you will feel embarass to sin infront of Him, so eventually stop you in your tracks and reduce quantity and rate of sinning. I do taskiyyah by doing dhikr everyday...in middle of the night when I get up for tajjud specially get up. If I miss it, it impacts my day, I feel off. I get sakinah tranquility in my heart and soul from it, feeling beyond words can describe and helps me get through days and my chaotic life...

@@ultrasignificantfootnote3378 Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul, if you did not sin, Allah would replace you with people who would sin, and they would seek forgiveness from Allah and He would forgive them.” Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2749 Grade: Sahih (authentic) You are meant to continously purify your soul daily, leaving it thinking your pure will make it dusty and dirty. Allah swt wants us to constantly cleaning our hearts until we meet Him (swt). We will be always be short of perfection, but we can just get close. The only people who are pure and innocent are the Prophets and that's because Allah swt is protecting them, rather then they are protecting themselves. They know Allah swt watching and that's keeps them from ever sinning.... Plus Allah swt loves us continously seeking His forgiveness, he loves the tears of sincere person who sinned, its keep us humble rather then relying on our deeds, we rely on His mercy and forgiveness, being grateful...
