To answer your question about wood inside of the trailer. Most foods companies have a food safety programs which requires no wood in the facility. The main reason is because of bugs and mold.

Like you, I always preferred the early shift and would set off at 4 a.m. to enjoy the day before everybody else got out and spoiled it. The coat? Take it back! When I used to go to FL I used to look at clothes there since they were inclined to be cheaper than in UK but the quality was poor. I often used to pop into Bealls Outlet store where I could pick up a half decent blazer for about $8 which was fine since I only wanted it for work. In some cases the only thing wrong would be that one of the buttons would not match up with its corresponding buttonhole - a mere 5 minute job to correct. One of my best buys was a plastic rice cooking pot and it is still in use 15 years later.

I would look at new trailers Jack. I've found there isn't much difference price wise to a good used one. Easier to get a loan on, you get a warranty, can depreciate and take off bank interest and you are not buying somebodies problems. Peace of mind.

I used to work one week days shift and one week night shift, so coming off night shift I would stop by a café and have a meal and enjoy a beer with it. Boy the looks I got, but it was 8am which if the work night shift is 8pm on our body clock. If you buy a trailer what happens when a customer want you to drop and leave it and how do you get it back.

I would have put in a claim for a new mirror, especially since they were so slow unloading you. When it's cold, do you simply idle all night? How do you handle the cold for your 10 hour reset when your not driving?

Is your power steering making noise? change the filter in the reservoir. I got story about that. I was owner OP and went into the shop cause of my power steering making noise the shop asked when was the last time I changed the filter, what filter. It made a big difference just like brand new. Filter inside reservoir tank..

Very nice trip tick story. Like the ' as they happen details ' in your latest production videos. i. Not unusual to get super cheap or even knock off brands of clothes from time to time. It's not always, you get what you pay for, much of the time it's considered a business model with the customer on the collateral damage end of things. ii. Handled the ' I'm not a morning driver ' issue perfectly, especially with the final good morning schtick. :-) iii. The 4 mph app that is suppose to get fixed but doesn't, ( It's classic for companies that hired contracted programmers with not much support to release software without thinking about how a known bug is going to come back to bite them in the backside along with their customers) your idea is okay but maybe first fire them then shoot them.

Do yourself a favor. Buy a brand new Utility. Just hook up to it and go to work. You will spend $4000 getting a used trailer in good shape above what ever you pay for it. You need that trailer to work every day and trailers are a very good investment. You buy a used trailer and you will be spending money on it all the time plus down time getting it worked on! I’ve been an o/o for 30 years. Buy new or keep renting!!

Try to find a duraplate trailer. A lot better than wood and you can carry more verity of things with it anyway. And they can’t make holes on your walls with the forklift lol.
