At the end you could hear the disappointment in trooper Killian's voice right now he thinks he is superman and he will run from the Arkansas State Police again thanks James for showing the good the bad and the ugly

The difference between the perp in the smaller more agile vehicle and trooper Killan is that he knew the area and wasted no time stopping at stop signs. He drove recklessly to get away and Trooper K fell behind... Once you get into the smaller blocks with plenty of curves, street lights and stop signs, the officer has to be more careful.. the perp does not. Better luck next time Troop

I can tell from the get go, when the car took the exit, and got back onto the highway, and Trooper Killian hesitated looked at traffic then proceeded to get back onto the highway, he was not going to catch him.

The trooper has to try his best not to involve or endanger the public and can't just charge through stop lights and signs with no regard for others like the perps can. That can be a real disadvantage.
