I very rarely do dips as they make my shoulders flare up . I prefer push ups of all variations

@@baz9653 yes I also prefer push up over dips. Incline, decline, diamond, clap, narrow and wide grip, one arm , Archer push up.

I'm happy with my legs Mox . I'm 6ft 1" with long limbs...i prefer the long lean look over the bulky puffy look. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder just want to be fit fast n strong ! 👊🏻
