It floats really well on it's own but add some floating and it will float for a good amount of time.

Great pattern, and I can vouch for its effectiveness for a variety of caddis, just use different color foam.

It's a great little pattern to have in different colors. In yellow, it's a great Yellow Sally pattern.

As you built that head I said to myself, what is he doing, that hackle is going to slide off the hook. Then the note on the thread popped up 😂 Awesome! That's a fairly older pattern 🤔 or am I wrong.
