That's separate issue. This is on leakage of FIR mainly. The Act specifies that victims ' identify should not be revealed. In Chennai itself a sexual assault case was reported in Kalasheshtra. Victims identify not revealed. Police knows well. Mental trauma though the fault is with the girl and her boyfriend can't be equated.
