Bill Browder is a former colleague and friend of Vladimir Kara-Murza. Browder was the largest foreign investor in Russia until he was declared “a threat to national security” for exposing corruption in Russian state-owned companies. His efforts have led to the passing of the Magnitsky Act which sanctions human rights abusers and corrupt officials.

When Al. Navalniy & Vl. Kara-Murza years ago started to refer to the horrors of Putin's regime the "west" turned a blind eye. Both had had the opportunity to flee and live abroad, in a relatively safer habitat. They chose to stay in Russia and struggle against all odds, risking their lives, suffering from various menaces, terror, direct poisoning attempts. They deserve our greatest respect. One of the top priorities of the int. community must be their immediate and non-negotiable liberation.

my both great grandparents died in gulag under stalin regime. My granfather was a boy in gulag and had to see their parents dying... After this army supervising gulag allowed for my grandfather to be adopted by a Russian family at age 10, once he reached adulthood he moved out of Russia to his home country. I spent much time with my grandfather and he never ever spoke about this with me (story was told to me after grandfather died by my grandmother) One time he told me that the family that adopted him was very loving and I know for a fact that he would commonly travel ~3000km to visit this family.

Bill I'm sorry to say this straight like arrow to you. Vladimir faith in now in your hands, the world "leaders" has no power left... We have SLAP BANG entered the eara of dictatorship. And don't get me wrong here I know you DO what you can... I can only pray for Vladimir and you and that somehow you get some extra help... To use your words... Its just "horrifying" what's going on lately in the world.... and more disturbing is that Vladimir is only 1 of MANY....
