Putting Cooling Heatpad on Tongsheng TSDZ2

A common problem when using to much power on Tongsheng TSDZ2 is overheating. This is a way to try to reduce and tranfer the heat to the outer casing.
Video show s how to achieve heat transfer using Headpads. 2mm thick. Adhesive on both side.
You need to clean it.
Here I show how to remove the outer casing om my Bike, a Miyata Terrarunner with electric motor.

I would put plenty CPU thermal paste compound inside the cover for better heatsinks with the pads, hello and would hold the pads from fowling.

Instead of "air" these thermal pad helps with heat transfer to the outer shell of the motor which get wind cooling. --> These fill the gaps of air to remove heat.. so conducting of heat gets easier.

@@irinaandpaul873 it's unlikely to have hurt. Air is a crazy good insulator. These thermal pads are designed to conduct heat. Providing he has some of them touching the casing, it's likely improved heat transfer considerably.

@@irinaandpaul873 I used a $5 temperature sensor on the motor, the thermal pads reduced the temp by 20˚C. On a warm day on a 2km climb (offroad with some 10% gradients) the motor went from 72˚ stock to 52˚ with pads. On a very hot day (close to 40˚C), the motor peaked at 75˚C with the pads on the same climb. I think 90˚C is maximum for the motor before damaging it, so basicaly, its impossible to overheat it now.

Just pedal more lol. Tongsheng is only designed to be 500w max anything above that has been modified!
