Beautiful machine!!!! I really like that they’re coming from Germany as complete/painted units prior to being mounted onto the chassis.

Great video Scott!

Thanks David. It had been a few years since I had visited the factory. Amazing to see how much of the production process is still done in the USA. 👍👍👍

Another great video Scott, from NZ. Amongst all the spare parts on offer, I didn't see the Putz repair kit of a coke can and duck tape!! LOL

@@johnhutchins2989 I’m still trying to source the part # for that one (pretty certain the main component is a German beer can) 😂😂😂

U don’t need boom dampening if u set the pump up right and configure the boom right

Hopper safety switch is on the back side of the hopper? Only ILS?
@timdarnell51042 күн бұрын
No we just got a non ils pump kit with the darn prox switches from them this year and the hopper safety switch is located on the back also.. definitely a better swap compared to our 2018 putz

Engineer, how can we learn the electrical system and diagram of this device?

@@sohrabebrahimi7368 Putzmeister offers classroom training sessions multiple times per year. Best bet would be to reach out them and arrange.

@@travspumplife as @timdarnell5104 mentioned, the relocated RFID switch is now standard on all pump kits. So much nicer than the previous location at the side of the hopper.

are the building any pumps for the wall in saudi arabia? big purchase
@canadianconcretepumper19792 күн бұрын
@@williamhunter-d1i I so recall hearing sledging about that. Record number of pumps in one order. Not certain which facility the pumps would be coming out of. Any Telebelts would be from here for sure.

@@canadianconcretepumper1979 On another note...if that truly is the weight of that boom assembly...wow! That's an impressive piece of engineering to get something that massive down to such a low weight.
@canadianconcretepumper19792 күн бұрын
@@mitchell7203 my thoughts exactly. Our 39M boom weighs 13,500 lbs, I figured the 63M would be at least double that.

@@canadianconcretepumper1979 Well I could see the detachable boom being a little bit heavier than typical just for the life it's designed for, even so color me impressed. I was also STUNNED to learn that the lift cylinders are 60 grand 😬 I've been on multiple jobs where we used the new 63 and I had no idea! Carbon fiber in a cylinder barrel is totally new to me and I've rebuilt many many of them.
