As someone who played the previous two betas (though I haven’t played this one), I can confirm that the story needs to be improved. *Looks at the cutscenes and the plot point of Zomboss wanting to hypnotize all of Neighborville with fireworks.* Nice analysis/review by the way

I'd be more interested if the whole game was those zombie levels. That looks way more interesting to me than the main game. But I'm not exactly a puzzle game enjoyer outside of Tetris, so I realize I'm not the target demographic here in the first place.

I feel like it was a good update...except they seem to some sort of mess up zombie levels for some people?,like i didn't got amy zombie levels at all while i was playing,the other person in twitter also said they don't got any too,so i guess there some bug...oh welp hopefully they fix that soon,at least Pvz Match is taking their time instead of 20 levels every week like Pvz3...

they should expand on the zombie attack levels and maybe make them the whole gimmick of the game, expand on them add more zombie types and also more plants in the gems, if they truly make it entertaining with that mechanic it could become a really unique game

Honestly I would love to see that. The zombie levels are easily the most unique thing this game offers, and it feels like there’s sooooo much potential with their concept. I’m sure Match will do more with them in the future, but if not, that’ll be a damn shame

I really enjoyed playing through this game's beta a couple months back, but my goodness, I hope they change the levels with TVs in them. Those ones were not fun for me in the slightest

Something that annoys me about those levels is that Match likes to put TVs underneath crates and other obstacles so that you have to deal with those first. And in the second beta of this new iteration, I remember HATING the levels that were like that, so I also hope they change up those levels. They could also just make them very late-game levels too frankly, that works well

Realistically its always going to be nothing more than just a match 3 game, and won't appeal to like 90% of people. However, it is kind of interesting to see if they can at least turn it into a relatively good one, wish the time and effort put into this game would go towards pvz3 though

Good luck there, it’s a bit of a grind but worth doing! (Tip for coin farming: on the Scuba Aquarium minigame, once you get the moneybag on screen save and exit the level, then go back in and collect the cash. You can repeat this indefinitely for 1K coins every ~10ish seconds optimally. Now maybe the method is a little bit different, so I recommend looking it up to be sure, but still. It helps)
