@@OffroadTreks roger that. I was referring to the PW. Im about to pull the trigger but I just watched a video where a guy on 35s in a pw aired to like 18 and it came off bead. Just curious as to what is a typical pressure for a 35 or 37 on a 17 no bead lock wheel.

@@2001houpilot I've run 18psi and never had a bead come off, and I have run the stock wheels on almost every trail in Moab, as documented on this channel. However, most of the time I run 24f/22r off-road. Sometimes in Moab a bit less. Usually the bead issue is driver error, IMO after running these events for a few years now.

Taking mine next month, can you recommend a guide or what trails that a stock 17 on 35s w/ mopar step/nerf bars can handle?
@OffroadTreks4 жыл бұрын
I recommend picking up the FunTreks Guide to Moab for a list of all the trails and difficulty levels along with descriptions >> amzn.to/39WZw6n There are a lot of trails you can handle, like Fins & Things, Hell's Revenge, Top of the World, to name a few. Just be warned. Those mopar step bars won't handle any hits.

Did the guys with stock 33s have problems with the route? Going in March but still have a lot of tread left on my 33s, not ready to upgrade to 35s yet.

@@OffroadTreks I hear ya, I have a 17 Wagon that I use as my tow vehicle for the TT. So not looking to do anything too extreme but its a sin not to use the PW for what it was born to do. At least a little.

Not a fan of Dodge or “ram” trucks because of poor reliability but I like the Power Wagon and the idea of wheeling a full size truck.

I have a 2011 Ram with 135,000 miles and zero issues. It's been the most comfortable and most reliable truck I've ever owned, believe it or not. And I've owned Ford, Chevy, Toyota, and Nissan. Maybe I'm just lucky. One of these days, I'll finally own a Power Wagon and will be in Moab with these guys.
