I really think this ride gives The Hardest Ride Ever from a couple of weeks ago a run for its money! What a challenging ride!!! Loved it!

Thank you for sharing with us! I know so many of us can relate. I was in a very, very similar boat and HIIT is what works wonders for me. For anyone who needs this: I'm a mod of a very large hysterectomy support group for thousands of women and I can tell you that, if you have hormone/thyroid issues that are contributing to weight gain/simply not being able to lose weight... you are NOT alone! So many of us know exactly what you're feeling and how frustrating it can be. Everyone is different but HIIT/tabata workouts are fantastic for so many women who face this. I've heard success after success story and I've seen it in my own life. Don't give up, believe in yourself and, above all, know you're not alone and I've got your back! I know I'm just a stranger on the internet but I'm rooting for you!

Omg I'm so so happy you brought the Mom bod into this! This has been my year to getting my body back after having 2 kids. I took it upon myself to train for the Ride For Missing Children and lose my pregnancy pounds and with that I found you! Your spin classes are what I started with and stuck with and then your strength classes keep me inspired in between. I love it! ❤️ And I love cycling!

This was sooo challenging for me! I did the best I could to get to the end and I had to keep telling myself that what it matters! (12.4 miles) Increased resistance by one for 7,8,9,10. The rpm’s were slower but I pushed. Thanks for the inspiration!🙏🏻💕🔥

Done!!! I successfully started my pyramid round today Monday!! I will just finish the REVIVE a week later. Wish me luck for my exam Cz of which I had to take a break from the workouts or rather say I didn’t have any energy or time left. It’s a saying when u hv to chose between sleep and workout.. choose 😴

Hate it, no... think I love it.... mixed feelings 😅 tough push this morning. Thank you for keep on pushing me. You are a real motivator! Happy to have found your classes 1,5 years ago. Lost a lot of weight and became stronger in body and mind. Really believing I couldn't do anything due to rheumatic disease scleroderma. Raised myself above the pain circle and being fitter than ever. You inspired me and convinced me that I can do it. You are the best 👌 thank you again and let's keep on pushing!

That was awesome! Really struggled through it and thought I wasn’t going to be able to finish… but I pushed through and realised that I had turned the gear on my bike all the way up for my 10 which I’ve never been able to do before! So I can actually see that I’m getting strong, so exciting! 💪🏼😁😁

Had to miss week 7 due to covid (that's not fun!) but back with a bang kaleigh👊! When doing rebel unfortunatly I missed ova two and a half weeks due to my back failing me and realllyy struggled coming back. This is how I thought this morning would go, nope... not today... Thankyou for making my body more resilient, even with the small pause, my body pushed threw. You are awesome kaleigh, again thankyou for believing in us all❤️

I couldn’t finish this one on the day it dropped because I didn’t give it my all. I came back to it today with a different mindset and WOW! Not only did I finish but I topped 10 MPH during the quick sprints for the FIRST TIME! That may seem slow to some but I’m taking Kaleigh’s advice and only competing with myself. And I won today! 💪🏼

Whoa 😳 first workout to make me feel like I might puke. My 7 was my old 8, was my old 9, was my old 10! Thanks for pushing me! Wowie my face was as red as a tomato 🍅 and my heart rate reached 177 BPM, killer workout! I burned almost as many calories as a Saturday live ride. Thank you wonderful Cohen crew!

One of my pre-pandemic in-person spin teachers used to say "some days are a breeze and some days I wonder who put the lead in my pants." Today was a lead in my pants day and I had to push hard to get over 100 on those sprints. Let's be honest...didn't always manage. But I made it through and earned my letter for the day for the secret message. :)

After some person troubles (dad passed around Christmas from his hard fight with cancer), about 20 extra pounds, and an angry knee later, I have started to get back to my old good habits v. my old bad habits. Slowly working my strength, speed and endurance back with the bike...but this workout was a winner! was able to do standing positions again and turned up half a crank...this one will likely fall into my favorite pile!!! Thanks KC gang!!

As always great class from you. Finished making a .5 increase in all resistance levels today. Since the start of revive have now gone up 1.5 in all levels. You and your program have been great for my physical and mental health and self confidence.

Last week was a really bad hit for me emotionally, i barely pushed through but i'm grateful to be able to do a new ride every week(even if i'm not participating on revive). It was so cold it hurt to breathe and you could see the condensation from my sweat but damn i felt great at the end of it. Soon it'll be a year since i started cycling with you and it's surprising to think i'm 20 kg lighter than when i started, i hit a plateau too but i'm happy at my current weight, at this point i do this to challenge myself and omg it did! Thanks a lot!

REVIVE: Day 50 - Done. This ride was the breakthrough I needed. I feel like my body is beginning to plateau again and I wanted to increase my heart rate past 145bpm, so my metabolism can burn more.🔥 I increased the resistances +2. It’s just easier to find the numbers and concentrate on the workout. My heart rate went to 155bpm! I should see some changes in the next few weeks of REVIVE! Thank you Kaleigh! Thank you Jason! Thank you Stella!☺️Powerful workout and the playlist was everything - FIERCE! ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️
