@ 6:20 your other parts dont want to be "thought about" or "figured out"...they simply want to be heard. Thanks for the reminder, that's a big help for blended thinkers like myself. ;->

This is so helpful for me as a client who has a chronically blended Self-LIKE thinking part. (I am not a therapist) I am learning a lot from your videos and appreciate your teaching very much. 🙏🏼

Wow...I am new to IFS (thank you Dr. Schwartz) and just meeting my parts. This thumbnail grabbed my attention this morning and now I know why! All my life I've been told that I "think too much". I've always sensed a battle between my head (thinker) and heart (feeler) that I couldn't resolve. I think (lol) that my thinking part is definately blended. Thank you for your videos. Most helpful and I'm very grateful for your kind voice.

Your videos are very helpful Derek. Thank you. I really related to having a strong thinking part. It is like life is a huge puzzle and it has to work it all out very hard working. I could do with some parts work with it!!

Thanks a lot for this great information. I am learning so much about myself with the IFS model. I wish training was available for individuals outside of the phycology/counseling field
