Aligua did not disappear and after his passing, the items did NOT go missing. Just like when anyone passes away, if there is nobody to collect the person's effects . . . The property management preps the apartment for the next tenant. There is a lot of speculation about many things about that night.

Love the channel! Nelson's home has been an art gallery for some years now. All three floors are accessible to the public. Interestingly before the gallery it was a New American restaurant during the 2000s utilizing the street address as its name. Don't recall any homages to Nelson at his former home but those of us who've watched the videos here bring our own versions of tribute to Five 9th Avenue. I used to hang out in that neighborhood back in the 80's and 90's. Didn't know Nelson at all but I have become chummy with some of his friends over the last decade. Keep up the good clips. Looking forward to your next upload!

I'd love to know more about what happened to Lana who is the English sounding girl who appears in a couple of the 1987 videos. She just seemed to disappear. I don't think she was as close to Nelson. She'd be in her 60s probably now.

Michael had an apartment. He had a Christmas dinner for several friends and had spent time cleaning the place before everyone came over that night. There was a period of transition in which he had crashed here and there and even does a video about it but no . . . at the time he passed, he was very much housed.
