Sweet, I've been doing the carb loading on the weekend thing on a bulk for my past 2 bulks! Great way to go, assuming your training nutrition is met during the week!

hey Brad, awesome video! but as you loose body fat and weight, do you need to "recalibrate" you maintenance caloric intake as your weight continues to drop? because as you weight goes down wouldn't your maintenance calories change?

Hey brad love the vids, it opens up new possibilities but I was wondering if you need to have the low days 2 days in a row, would it be possible it have the low days on for example Monday and Wednesday as opposed to Saturday and then Sunday? Thanks

When you say that your body doesn't know day from night, this isn't true. There is such thing as the Circadian rhythm. I don't know a lot about it, but your body is "aware" in a way.
