I totally understand where you’re coming from in regards to the constant rollercoaster ride that is doing fashion week & constant rejection & acceptance. It can be so psychologically damaging, even when you try to make it not be. I’m glad you found a profession that you truly love & are passionate…especially since it makes you happy! Happy Friday 🥰🌼

Thank you for not promoting birth control! I think a video with a NaPro Technology Dr or a video after talking to one would be so super helpful and exciting. I knew I felt bad and something was off. My regular Dr said I was fine, my OBGYN said the only way to feel good was birth control. I went to a NaPro trained Dr and she did extensive blood work, actually listened to me and didn’t brush off symptoms, and diagnosed me with PCOS!! My cycles ended up getting a lot better with some medication- not BC -at certain times in my cycle. I felt 98% better and I feel NaPro Technology and feeling good as a woman is such a hidden gem. We deserve health.

Yes! I’ve been with a NaPro doctor for two years now and it’s been life changing in the most positive way! I find it so empowering to truly understand our bodies throughout our cycle. I wish more people would talk about the benefits of it because it’s so natural and helpful

Loved this video and your health/period tips. You are right that you can’t beat around the bush if our bodies want us to gain more before periods come back. So inspiring to hear that you snack and got your period back!! Congrats. Intuitive eating is more than just stopping when you’re full and just eating when you’re famished. There are so many other steps involved in the layout that diet culture fails to address. Rest days are so important 🤍 love you and your new after modeling content

The person who asked how to get your periode without gaining weight really has a problem. If you loose your Periode bc you are too less body fat, you just have no other choice.
