such great advice. everyone starts as a 'beginner'. i took up riding mountain bikes back in 2017 (at the age of 46) and my only goal was to not doing anything 'stupid' for the first year. i've been a high level soccer player and skier among other things. so i knew going into MTB riding that I need to take it easy...on myself. i've beaten myself up many times before and like you, i'm my own harshest critic. no one can ever be harder on me than me. Now, at the age of 51 with the lessons learned. have allowed me to enjoy and progress with MTB riding in ways i never even imagined. the best part is that if you allow yourself 'time' you will in many cases exceed your own expectations!

I don't know why I like you so much... is this - no eye lashes, no huge lip stick, or is this your natural hair, or positive aura or, perhaps this smile, yeah A LOT of people ( like me ) suffer from lack of acceptance, low number of friends, but I think - crazy plastic, silicone, bottox , eye lash, hair dye people are only happy outside on Facebook and insta... but inside they feel more lonely than us. I’m very happy for you for becoming self employed! I didn’t like working for others and barely getting paid too so I did the same thing and went out on my own. Very busy but much more fulfilling! Your English is wonderful! And I love your accent😉

Thank you so much for your effort. I really like your guides and learned your beginner steps to shuffle. I'm on day 3 now and I'm still really stiff but i can do the walking man and Charleston (still not perfect but i got the hang of it) thanks to your vids. OMG Q&A. I'm regularly watching your videos on JoeCallingbull's channel. He makes incredible shuffle compilations. You and Arina Luisa are my top 5 favourite shufflers and when I saw you collab with Arina was totally incredible. It is expected as I now see you are a German and she is from Switzerland. You are shuffling neighbours :D I do shuffle myself since December last year. That kind of dance is incredible. About you saying that you probably are the only one full-time shuffler in Germany you can probably add Sven Otten. I'm not sure if he is retired, but he was the one that got me shuffling with his neo-swing incredible style. Just as a sneaker tip from me - you should try the air max 95 - these are incredible shoes. And finally my most favourite combo of yours is where you dance on the seaside on a big rock with a white "Shut up!" T-shirt. So glad I found your channel. I have had no dance instruction in my life. I just copied some of what I've seen IRL @ raves, clubs, and festivals, and also made up some of my own... Learned that T Step and some others are actually real moves that I somehow just started doing naturally lol... And now I get to learn new moves too! Thank you so much! Hallo Isi, bin zufällig auf deine Videos gestoßen, echt beeindruckend und die Moves sehen so einfach aus wenn du das machst! Ich hab mal ein paar einfachere Sachen ausprobiert und bin kläglich gescheitert... Hi Isi first time commenting on your channel, I could say many things but I feel I have to go straight to the point. You know who you are and what you are made off , you already proved yourself that what you put your everything on you can accomplish it. Is not about how God you look in don't of the camera . I was a pro dancer ballet and salsa. This advice. Is Golden. Learn slowly. You are programming your body memory and like typing in instructions to your neural network you learn faster and better by going really sliwly and as soon as you make a body milistake Stop. Repeat the move and slow untill you get it right. As with guitarist skills, often one has to practice until sick if the song. When youve done it si much your hste it and are bored wuth ut, then you have git it right. Later when you return to it you will be able to go on autopilot and FLY

du sprichst mir aus der seele!!! leider bin ich bereits 53 und bei WEITEM nicht mit deinen taltenten gesegnet. es ist für mich wie eine zeitreise in meine vergangenheit wenn ich dir beim tanzen zusehe!!! ich habe in "jungen" jahren auch sehr gerne und sehr viel getanzt. das geht leider nicht mehr (körperlich bedingt^^) und genau deshalb sehe ich nun so gerne anderen beim tanzen zu. dich zeichnet aber nochmals aus das du ein echter freigeist bist und so etwas bewundere ich sehr! keep going!!!
