I really enjoyed this one. Then again, there hasn’t been one I didn’t like yet.😊 As far as a KZbinr to invite on your channel, I would love to see Hannah McNeely join you girls. I LOVE her channel and she talks about everything Vegan. Most of all, she has such great energy and a quirky, fun style. She’s a favorite and would be great to see on your show. Lastly, Dani, I really miss your videos but I know how busy life is right now and look forward to seeing them in the future. (Also, if you don’t already, you should follow Hannah’s sister Ellen Fisher. She’s vegan too but does a lot of videos sharing a ton of information on vegan babies and children.)

I love oatmeal, too! I used to sweeten it with raisins, but once I tried dates, I never looked back! And I also throw in additional fruit or frozen berries! I'm completely obsessed with it and have been for years, but other people don't get it. Whenever people say they don't like oatmeal, my husband says, "you haven't tried Jessica's oatmeal, then!"

I absolutely love oatmeal. I could eat it for every meal! One of my favorite things to do with it is stir in different kinds of granolas to give it some texture and extra flavor.

I feed my dog V-dog and he loves it and hasn't been healthier! People have repeatedly complimented his shiny coat and muscles and I respond with "yeah, he's plant-powered!"

I’m a vet tech and although we don’t recommend a plant based diet for our pets, just make sure the food you’re feeding is NOT grain free. There’s a bunch of science studies that show that dogs do need grains and if they don’t have them it can lead to cardiovascular complications down the line! ❤️

Hi love! Thanks so much for your feedback! There are a few reasons the new set is much better for us. First, we are now filming in a studio rather than a home which is a huge upgrade. It's very exciting for us. This means we don't have to rely on natural light and we can film more consistent content for you guys. We can film at any time of the day without having to worry about the sun going down. Also with the old setup, we were not able to fit more than 1 guest at the table, which means we wouldn't have been able to accommodate guests of 2 like when we had Jasmine & Chris. I hope the new set grows on you, and again thanks for your support and feedback! :)

Yes oatmeal would have to be my favorite thing for breakfast I use to put like a fat such as vegan butter or coconut but lately I have been leaving that out and use a healthier fat like flax and chia seeds and lots of frozen or fresh fruit and top mine with pecans and top it with maple syrup best vegan oatmeal ever 😍😊👌.

Thank you so much for answering my question about pets going vegan. I think I will give it a try and will experiment with a few vegan dog foods out there. I checked V-dog, it looks very promising. I have just found a French blogger whose dog is 16,5 year old, vegan for 7 years, very healthy and active dog. I will monitor how my dog reacts to the new diet - if he can be even healthier from a plant-based diet, it is definitely worth a try. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Aya Aly hair loss generally is due to not eating enough calories. Otherwise hair falling out isn’t a problem in terms of veganism. If you are eating enough and your hair is still falling out it is likely an underlying issue

Of course a dog lost weight on a vegan diet, their not getting what they need! Dogs are carnivores, it is flat out wrong to feed them a plant based diet. It's irresponsible. There's no way you can rationalize feeling a carnivore only plants. For your dogs sake, find an organic high quality NORMAL food, you'll find the same benefits.
