I love how natural you are and look awesome af. I mean there are so many fitness youtuber out there that promote a fit lifestyle, yet they rely on supplements, gain a lot of weight ins their off seasons and hardly get their micro nutrients in. ( I mean I still love a lot of them but it's not really relatable and more entertainment rather than life tips =) ) So I really appreciate your approach to your fitness lifestyle. I think it is so much healthier and sustainable for the average young woman. So big big thanks for everything =) Lots of love from Germany

You are inspirational in so many ways. The way you discussed your studies resonated with me so much because I am going through something very similar at the moment as well. I also love how functional your workouts are and how you design them to make you a better/more capable athlete. I have found that, when I work out for functionality vs. asthetics, I enjoy my workouts so much more. Thank you for such amazing content. You are loved for sure! ❤️

Hi Natacha, I'm a new subbie here. Since I started following you everywhere on Insta, KZbin, I have been binge watching your videos and honestly, I could relate so much and I feel like you're such a good friend even if we don't know each other and I'm not even living near you lol. Your personality is great: humble, relaxed and encouraging at the same time. But now I'm gonna reveal it: the part where you said in this video that you tend to listen to 1 song repetitively until you kill it, I immediately thought "I'll follow you forever" lol. I know many people have that habit but it's like, my LIFE habit lol. Anw this is such a raw honest, touching and relatable video!!!! Keep up the good work.

Hi Natacha! I love your passion for fitness and studying. In your Q&A video you mentioned that you did not workout when you had exams coming up. Did you not work out at all or did you just do shorter and less frequent workouts? I have exams coming up and did not want to lose what little progress I've made but at the same time I feel guilty about not focusing enough on my studies. Will 15 minutes of HIIT 6 days a week be good enough to maintain the stamina and endurance that I've gained provided that I eat healthy?

Hej Natacha! You are an inspiration. I love your videos and in my view you have the best bodybuilding-body. It's healthy strong and feminine. As I am now struggling to complete my mech engineering diploma your words help me a lot to not stress abt everything at the same time, just chill and focus on the diploma. I also see you as a second Better Kayla. She was eating too less in my view. Thanks and can't wait for more videos. I bought resistance bands because of u and will surely do more lifting. I hope I get faster with my running with that way too.:-)
@natachaoceane7 жыл бұрын
+Aneta R hey Aneta! Thank you for your comment! Mech engineering! Awesome! Yes, focus on those exams and worry about your physique later. I didn't mention this in the video because i forgot at the time but for my final year of Biochem I didn't workout for 7 weeks. Of course I did put on some weight bcause I was also eating junk food a lot but I got a first and I'd do it again in a heartbeat to get that grade! And then once your exams are over, dedicate some time to get back into shape, I can help you if you like xx

Hey Natacha! I'm so glad I found your channel!! It's my first year in college and I've been trying to find more time (and mostly motivation) to workout at the student rec center. I really want to build up in strength and tone my body more. I really enjoyed kickboxing and my roommate and I have tried using the machines. However, I'm not familiar with using machines or even figuring out what a "good" workout should entail. What would you recommend for a beginner workout?
@natachaoceane7 жыл бұрын
+Precious Pimentel hey! Awesome stuff about the kickboxing I'd love to try it!! Does your gym also have a squat rack? Squatting, lunging and deadlifting are really the only exercises I do that are weighted to build muscle (get toned) and are also great for strength. The machines I used after doing the compound movements I mentioned above. For upper body I have a beginner workout on my channel already but I'm not focusing too much on the machines and it's difficult to explain how to use each one because I don't know the specific machines you have at your gym. I was thinking of doing a 'guide to machines' video soon - would you find that useful? In terms of structuring your workout for any muscle group, I would do compound movements (using several muscle groups at once ie. Squat) first and really expend all of your energy here as this is where the majority of your overall strength is built and where you need to be fresh as technique is crucial. Then move on to compound exercises with the machines ie. Leg press and then isolating exercises on the machine ie. Leg extension. Finally if you want to add some core exercises do these at the end as well as any cardio or HIIT (: xx
@preciouspimentel7 жыл бұрын
Hey Natacha! My gym does have a squat rack and it has multiple rooms for weightlifting. I'll definitely try to work on compound movements first and then working on the machines. Plus, 'a guide to machines video' would be really great because that'll help a lot especially since I almost messed up my knee since I didn't adjust certain things on the machines and I made a rookie mistake of locking in my knees instead of bending it an angle. 😅

Hi Natacha! I just discovered your KZbin channel this week, and your videos are so thorough and informational and fun :D I start an at home resistance training workout; however, I am wondering if you had any tips on how to progress at home. I have 2, 5, 8, 10 lb hand weights, a 20 lb weight, and a 35 lb kettlebell, along with resistance bands and sliders. Just wondering if you had any recommendations on how to keep progressing at home. Or is it just easier to join a gym haha? Thank you :) I hope in 5 years that you are still making videos too!

I am only 17 and cannot afford to go to the gym.... what do you suggest for home exercise to stay healthy and/or get more toned? I've already been using KZbin for videos on exercising but I'm not sure if it will do me as much good as I'm looking for.

Hey! What are you looking for? Then I can tailor a better answer for you xx
@ThtOneCrayCrayPerson7 жыл бұрын
Natacha Océane I think I just want to know if you think it is possible to achieve a toned (not necessarily muscular) body through non weight/equipment exercising. Since I don't have access to equipment, I just want to know if I can tone my body slightly.

@neilag77497 жыл бұрын
hi Rinnah i know it's a been a long time since you commented this but i just want to say that i know what you mean cos i'm in the exact same case (i'm 16) and for a start body weight workouts will help but once you get stronger they won't be effective,so you'll need to rise up the intensity,either by finding harder workouts or by using equipments,now i know you don't have any but for me ,i made my own homemade weights,which consisted of water bottles,milk jugs ,cans,even a ball and i would fill them with water as a start as much as i can,and once i'm stronger and need them to be heavier i fill them with sand,and then when i'm stronger i fill them with rocks,to increase their weight and there for,it becomes harder,i also tried once making a real lifting weight using a wood stick i found at our house,and filling two 5 L water jugs with water and put them on each side,it looks kinda weird but it's worth it!!! i hope this advise will be helpful and if things has been going well for you for the past 5 months then good luck and i'm happy for you

Hey Alicia! Thanks for watching hun!! I didn't get in to any of my choices, my grades were the highest they could be but my school don't typically send students off to medicine and so didn't prepare us for the UKCAT or BMAT exams and it was those that let me down ): it's ok though, I don't think I would have enjoyed it in the end because I get very emotionally invested in people and I think I would have taken too much of the pressure! And I'm doing this now which I never thought I'd be able to do! Are you studying medicine yourself? x
