As John Piper has said: "My best friends are dead men." We can learn so much as believers from those who have finished the course.

My walk grew in leaps when i actually started reading Word daily,studying it,all of the Word. the OT explained many questions about God i had,His love and righteousness to the Israelites,who Jesus really is and why He had to come.it deepened my awe and respect,love for God,and why we must hate sin and repent.i am being sanctified and its a lifelong process carried to eternity.i urge you to pick up His Word faithfully and the reward is knowledge,wisdom,love.

Dan 7:25 speaks of the man of sin thinking to change the times and the law. This prophecy has been fulfilled. See how this and others, can identify this power who is active today. Watch Mark Woodman's video, "Who is the Antichrist".

Praiseeeee the Lord for not telling jokes in the pulpit, Praise the Lord. It is sad that nowadays you have so many joke telling pastors in the pulpit, if that's what one needs to do to keep the interest to Gods word , pitiful.
@bigdawgxd19205 жыл бұрын
John MacArthur says jokes and he's a pretty strict teacher, every one has their own way teaching, as long as you're learning and their teaching has an effect on you, why not say a joke or two. Now yes, a joke every single sermon is a little ridiculous, is it bible study or recess, totally agree at that point, but a joke once and awhile is not a bad thing. God bless you brother.
