I just wanna say thank you Chari. Cause whenever I see you on. stories... socials, now on KZbin... it just feels so... Playful all the time. Sure, sometimes there will be some BUMMER days on training.. although at the end of the day we all just get up and try again! Also, I just love how you explain things and talk about stuff.. it just sounds so PURE with some touch of delight! (Sounds like dessert.. I know.) Its so true tho! I enjoyed your running advice on foot strike and stride etc. It has helped me improve on something I have always struggled with. Also thankyou for saying Britain is a fairy land. As a Brit I can forget that and taking stuff for granted isn't good. You did miss on upper body though I think. It's obvious but until recently, I never knew I ran out of rhythm with my legs. Leg out shoulder swing back has saved me soooo much energy. Let me know if you would like some solid information on places to visit if you come back to the UK. So it isn't just Buckingham Palace etc.
