Laura! I have made that cover up many times for myself and for friends. I have been using Lutterloh since the 80s through weight gain nd weight loss. Your presentation. Style is professional. But I must correct you on two points: 1. Any woven pattern can be made in a knit, simply do not add seam allowance. I have done this multiple times. And yes patterns can be drawn directly on the fabric.many Europeans draft on paper then trace the pattern onto the fabric and then they add the seam allowance. I did enjoy your presentation.

In normal patterns, I have to size based on high bust measurement and create a full bust adjustment so the shoulders and neck aren’t too big. Will this be necessary with this system too?

I also purchased the XL… not happy with the 80 patterns either. I feel like I wasted $150.00 +, because now I have to buy the regular size version to get cute clothes. The XL patterns are very frumpy in my opinion….Be cautious anyone else purchasing the XL pattern.

Thanks for a brilliant presentation. (12/12/24) one thing is holding me back, price. i'm a guy who really would like to have clothes fit right, Lutterluh would be the way to go. But Lutterluh does not have a version of just the equiptment and just the few pages, just for men...if that makes sense. Well, as far as i know. let's talk shoes for a second...i absolutely have to try on shoes. Because i could pick 3 size 10 and half and many time they just don't fit right. buying them would create foot problems, some more serious than other. Double dilemma; waste of money and then painful sores to boot! it would be nice if Lutterluh had a bachelor version of this kit. a XXL Tee shirt from Vietnam is not the same XXL Tee shiirt from Croatia You would think they used the same pattern, but no that isn't the case. finally, force to use magic markers on clear plastic to trace out, cut, then use to pattern on fabric, but that requires a "fitting" and that requires years of experience to achieve. Thus again, Lutterluh would be the better solution

You say when you print out your pattern you enlarged it how big did you enlarge it when you photocopied it

You do not enlarge the pattern, Everyone thinks that, so your not alone. You enlarge it by simply copying the pattern, exactly as it is, then tape it to the butchers paper, or rolls of tracing paper..then using the CM measuring tape, just follow the lines..and just like that you have a perfect pattern. Hope this helped !!

you can always check the waist out on the pattern you drafted before cutting, If need be you can add in the waist. I have found it to be good without adding
