The customer service (Doha airport and head office) at Qatar Airways is unprofessional and totally clueless as to what to do in emergencies. Very unpleasant experience dealing with head office people which is still going on. leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. They have no ethics and no culture to stick to.

Agree and disagree, many complain, but it’s because they abuse the liberties they’re given...Not a fan of their minimum rest and curfew policies, but if you’re paying me $4000/month with only having to spend $400/month on food and my phone bill, I don’t really care because I’m there to make money, not hang out with gold diggers after 2am when all bars and clubs are already closed

It doesnt matter if you are locked in a cage or in a room with AC and TV, if you do t have the freedom to leave it then you are a prisoner. Talking about hanging out with gold diggers, the one who chose to do so are adults and it is still their freedom in their personal life, no organisation has the right to control it as long as they respect the rules of the country, if they dont then the rules of the country will apply on them. Some people wants to go jogging at 6 am following a healthy life style. So dont look at it only parties and sex.

Why don't you talk about the way the crew os treated, forced to do everything, now everything tiny silly details like the company logo must face the customers while serving them food, and now crew can't even resign easily, cauz they have a resignation daily quota, are you kidding me...I know all the insides of that company and it's really dark...so don't lecture the world about Aviation. Do explain yourself? I've flown many airlines worldwide and I must say Qatar Airways is in the top 3 in my book. They have such high standards in everything they do. Doha airport itself is so spoltlessly clean! Even Dubai or Heathrow can't match. One of the reasons why this is happened is because of the blockage by the gcc members. It cost a huge amount to redivert routes around the region. It’s a shameful a and jealous act by the gcc members because they could see Qatar do well. I’m Pakistani and I fully support Qatar I have done my masters research on the country , these people are very bright and intelligent people, although Qatar is a very small country it will go very far.
