His songs through most of the year are average at best. but he always wait to release that one good song at the end of the year for it to be considered one of the best that year, even though people will forget about it in 2-3 months. I agree with 2017 been a massive year for this music scene so far. But to be honest, i absolutely dont like this psy kick trend at all. "The Project" was the first track i've heard with this style and it sounded "ok" for me. But most tracks including them are just ruined by it. Especially raw tracks, consisting of only screeches and anticlimaxes with psy kick. Sounds horrible in my opinion. @SingleTurboSupra also agree with your point. The genre is finally moving away from separation into raw and euphoric back to great melodies and pumping hard kicks.

3 years later, No newer Qlimax anthem can beat this anthem. Idk if "The Omega" counts as Qlimax anthem since it's the only song that has "Qlimax" voice on it from all The Source's songs, but still, you can't call The Omega as an Anthem I personally think this anthem is a sign, that Qlimax has lost it's mysterious & dark essence, and the passing of Chris Corley solidify it.
