材料:
【水油皮】
普通面粉/中筋粉。。。120g
细砂糖。。。15g
白油/黄油/猪油。。。35g
水。。。55g
【油酥】
普通面粉/中筋粉。。。100g
白油/猪油。。。60g
**抹茶膏。。。1tsp(5g)
**抹茶粉。。。8g
**抹茶膏或抹茶粉任选一种即可。分量还可以根据你要的颜色亮度和香味浓度做调整。
烤法:
送入预热好的烤箱中层,175°C烤30-35分钟。期间可以垫一张铝箔纸档上火,防止上色过深。

【Oil dough】

Shortening/lard. . . 60g
**Green tea emulco. . . 1tsp(5g)
**Matcha/green tea powder. . . 8g
**Choose either Green tea emulco or matcha powder. It can also be adjusted according to the brightness of the color and the intensity of the fragrance you want.
Baking method:
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 175°C for 30-35 minutes. During this period, you can put a piece of aluminum foil to block the upper heat to prevent the color from being too dark.
