Nothing compares. Yes, one recognises the elements which make up the practice, but there’s a complete change of emphasis. Love it. Thank you Mimi. You’re unique. ❤😊

Your new vids are wonderful. I discovered your guidance at just the right time in my life. I’m recovering from cancer and recent bypass surgery. My acupuncturist recommended tai chi/ qigong and here I am. Thank you so much Mimi

Thanks Mimi, i loved this practice so much, it suits me so well. Feeling soft and a bit emotional after doing it. Greetings from Israel, where balance of Yin, Yang and the elements is so needed.

In awe. How can I integrate this set with other elements of qigong? It would be nice to be able to follow a set routine through the week, or month if need be to get to a wholistic experience of qigong. What do you suggest, Mimi? I trust you very much as a teacher. Thank you.
