Practice This Gentle Qigong Movements will help you to Stop and enjoy Movements in Mindfulness, Relax your body and heal your mind.
You can apply this Qigong Daily Routine in the Morning, in the Afternoon during Exercise time, or during the breaktime when you love to move your body to relax.

This is wonderful. I have been following for 2 years, and just saw this one: I have a very mild shoulder and neck injury after long travel, and this was perfect to move, and made the shoulder pain go away. Sometimes gentle movement is better than none. Thank you! 🙏

Smiling with body reenergised... though that siting on the toes position ... ...much ..much hard...i leaned forward...could not maintain straight... more practise...i know...TY Master...

With the warm ups; the 10 Mindful Movements which exercises and stretches our whole body ; the massage and grateful thankfulness, we are certainly ready to be still and meditate or just relax be calm and heal as we deal with what ever the day brings. I can finally touch the earth! I’m excited! Movement #9 reminds me of a move in ballet, , circle of the leg in the air. Thank you for teaching us the 10 mindful movements.
