Turn a negative into a positive day with this beginner qigong routine. When the energy gets stagnant or blocked in the body we feel discomfort, the feeling of irritation and low energy levels. Qigong body tapping exercises help to clear blockages and purge the toxins out of the body. When the energy is flowing we feel good and vibrant. Practice mindfully and regularly to feel good in your body and mind and live a less stressful, more balanced and connected life.

Dear Kseny (and Altai) - I've missed you. Unable to participate in Qigong practice with a full-thickness rotator cuff tear + bone spur starting January 2023. Corrective surgery October 2023, may have been a mistake for I have no lymph nodes in that armpit, also diagnosed with autoimmune connective tissue disease along with scar tissue from infusa-ports implanted and taken away (chemo 1997-2011) - there was no healing circulation possible. But now, after six months of physical therapy, I am happy to "spend time with you." I have many favorites - Feel Better in 10 - Qigong Body Tapping is very nice. Always love the Anti-Aging Face Massage, Sleep Better; and all Lung and Liver and Immune System sessions. You are so lovely and sweet. God bless you for reaching all the way to Florida with healing balm. Give Altai a hug from me, please.

I’ve only just recently come across your channel. As a yoga teacher with ailing body, I am really loving qigong. Love this practice today (in spite of bad internet it taking twice as long) I am feeling that sense of being out of control, lack of purpose, overwhelm and loneliness as we slowly emerge from lockdown. I will repeat this daily. Thank you Kseny for making all this freely available 🙏 Love the setting by the way, looks exotic 💕

Super greatful for your free classes and your effort. I've been a yoga practioner for years and am finally starting to learn about Qigong and this specific type of movement of energy. Your classes have really helped me greatly and now I look forward to doing one or two short routines a day before my meditation practice. Thank you. Also would love to learn more about the philosophy behind the movements if you have time for creating a video on that
