I’m guessing the vibrations and bouncing are wonderful for helping increase bone density! And the upper back really appreciates those opening and closing moves. Probably moreso because I wasn’t very active yesterday. Too much sitting! Okay…the body appreciated all of it! Many thanks Kseny!!

It’s so funny to see this post from three months ago because it was just over three months ago that I fell and was immobilized for a couple of months. So enjoyed being able to do this one again. Only caution was in tapping the ankle because of the plates, pins and screws I now have in one. I’ll try to remember to ask my surgeon about that when I see him Wednesday. And first the record my efforts to increase my bone density were quite successful because in spite f the dislocated and fractured ankle, no further bones were broken and the laws of I suppose physics and gravity are what led to the fracture, not frail bones! So very blessed!

Why did no one speak about the Qigong Deviation? It is a dangerous side effect that can make you sick. It occurs with a variety of serious negative physiological or psychological changes & symptoms. I just found out today. I felt great after 3 sessions but then anxiety, fear, and panic attacks occurred out of nowhere. The teacher knows how it works for her but what about our healing? Can you please comment and advise on how to fix the deviation and enter Zen again? An important piece of information is missing and I would appreciate your help 🙏
