Best Mooncake recipe! (Great tips inside) Most delicious I ever eaten
This recipe can make 20 pieces of mooncake
Ingredients:
1.Alkaline water:
10g Baking soda 2/3tbsp
30g Water 2tbsp
2.Mooncake skin:
120g Invert syrup
1tsp Alkaline water
32g Peanut oil 1/8cup
170g All-purpose/plain flour 1cup+2tbsp+2/3tbsp
3. Fillings:
20pcs Salted duck egg yolk
Filling(35g) = Read bean paste + Salted duck egg yolk
4. Egg yolk liquid :
1pcs Egg yolk
1/2tbsp Water
mold size:50g mooncake mold
1. Preheat the Oven 200°C(400°F), bake for 5 minutes
2. Turn the oven temperature to 165°C(330°F), bake for 5 minutes
3. Keep the oven temperature on 165°C(330°F), bake for about 12 minutes
