I’m glad I clicked on to this video as well. I have been doing my 3year old sons hair with different products and it hasn’t come out as neat as this. Just curious, are you using the same exact products that she is using on your son? I’m thinking if trying these products on my son.
@MsPierre Жыл бұрын
@Michelle Farrell-White Hi there! I have also tried so many products and have been disappointed 😆 what works for my son's hair is to not dampen it at all. As soon as the mist of water hits his hair, it turns into these silk curls and makes it impossible for me to do a neat twist style and it last until the next day. For my son's hair it has to be dry. I use a loc n twist from African pride. (The tiniest bit like the lady did) to make the parting lines neater and then I use a shine n jam silk edges product (the green or red one) and I did what the lady did at the top of the hair to start the plait. Next, I tried a mousse but i think it's too wet for my son's hair so it curls instantly. So i dont use the mousse. I've found to go back to old school times and actually use hair grease and it's worked wonders and grown his hair. I've used plenty of different ones but i find myself buying this one the most... Dax (the Indian hemp one) to twist down his hair. When his hair is all finished, I use (shine n jam - magic fingers) over his head. Put a silk durag on his head and then I blow dry all over the top. When that's done i take off the durag and then I use any oil to go over his scalp and it lasts Soooooooo much longer than it ever has. I know all hair is different so you may have to play around with a few products.. but I hope this helps.
