@nbriggy2 жыл бұрын
So there is a lot of significance to the ending, and it ties back into a different song. Tons of significance, definitely not just him saying he doesn’t fade to black he cuts to static on knots and then actually doing it. Really though, it is more obvious if u watch the movie because it starts to slowly fade to black at the end of cassini’s division and you think its over but then the static fades back in. To me, and this next part is just speculation and should be taken with a grain of salt, i feel like that last part plays in more to the paranormal nature of the album. Its like we were listening to the radio and tuned into something other worldly, like the radio frequencies and the spirit world or whatever somehow were connected. In the end, its like we lose that connection as he finally goes into the void and joins it, and as that happens the static from an unused radio frequency fades back in. It could also be a cassette tape, but I’m a stupid zoomer and know nothing about cassette tapes (even though im just a year younger than Quadeca and he seems to know a decent amount). Again, this is speculation.
