I just installed these. I love them! The Rugged Ridge mounts were always a compromise and it was a pain to move the mirrors back and fourth every time. This is a great solution!

Just got these today! Installed in a few minutes. Works awesome with soft doors! I haven't even put my full doors on yet. It IS expensive but they are so with it! I wish I had bought these first. This is my third set of door off mirrors and they never have to come off! Thanks Q

i think you should test adjustable allen key spot so people no complain how slow move but tell people if adjust can shorten spring life

Are these ever going to be available for the jeep wrangler TJ? older model jeeps are more my thing, I've almost exclusively used your site to rock my jeeps out save a few custom build things. these however would solve a great issue with my current tj build. thought about modding it to work but holding out hope you might come out with one built for TJs

Why wont these work with the Bestop Element Doors? It seems that if they will work with no doors they should work with all tube doors. Id love them but dont want to give up my element tube doors...

These look pretty cool, but half the reason why you would be interested in mirror relocation in the first place is to utilize soft doors. How do these work with full soft doors installed? Seems like you would have to unzip the windows, physically push and hold the mirrors outward, and then open the door?

Because if you have these listed this high, I can only imagine what you plan on listing the price of the new powered ones.Jeep owners like value, they will buy the cheaper hinge ones every time if the price is too high.

I too am having a struggle with my Quadratec mirrors returning to desired position. If there is a way to improve spring strength, I'd like to know what to do.

I have run these for the past year and the driver side began sagging. the passengerside was slow to return to the home position. So i have removed them..

Nothing was left out, these come with new mirror heads and arms. so you'll still have your factory powered mirrors intact if you ever want to swap them back.

I see, thanks for clarifying. Would it not be easier to just simply leave the factory mirrors on the doors when the doors are removed and screw these "mirror movers" on the A pillar each time rather than removing the panel and fishing wires each time?

+adkmtnclimber I was wondering the same thing, my passenger side doesn't go back all the way. I need to adjust the spring pressure.

+adkmtnclimber I just talked to the engineer, He said there is not a way to adjust the spring tension. However, he said it takes a little while for the springs to "wear in" and they will begin to return faster. He said you can move them back and forth with your hand to help the process along, but not past 90 degrees from the door (in other words don't crank it all the way forward, only go about half way)

+Charles Bloyer Check out my reply on the other comment. you can wear those springs in a bit. Also, the arm will not return all the way to the bumper on the door, there is an aluminum stop built in, the bumper is only for when the door is moving.

+Trung Quach You don't need to take the wires out of the mirror at all. This product comes with new manual mirror heads. Once you unplug the power mirrors from behind the door panel, you pull the wires out with the mirror and leave them attached.
