I still think the C# sounds like robot whale farting, but it;s a cool story and this channel get's far too little love. 16K subs is just insulting bullshit. There's no reason it shouldn't be a million subs, and the experimenting inspired me to try some really weird projects. without it, i wouldn't own a 37inch fanned scale prototype bass (drop A 165-45) and yea, everybody keep making and experimenting with crazy stuff. good fun. keeps people off drugs and playing metal. i approve.

Sweet, and congrats to River! I have one on the way, so the race will be on to find "The Brown Chord!" But seriously, that .266 would be the perfect B00 for my 34" Ibanez Roadster. At forty inches, I think that would be super-low (F#00?) but doable. I prefer BEADG one octave below normal, starting with a .226 so it's technically ultra-light, but tuned as a Sub-B. I have a thing for pounding out harmonics at high speed, especially after playing on 34" .254 Circle-K sets since 2010.🤘 Up until now I was using four strings starting at C0. I figure I might as well go down a half step and be compatible with most other music without struggling with fourth fret-based positions and not having strategic access to open strings.
