Helping your team increase their efficiency through your personal chef and trainer is truly a genius idea not only because this would make them more productive for the company but you’re making your personal chef and trainer more efficient for their full time pay as well. Incredibly thought out and executed!

I’m incredibly impressed on how good you express yourself. No cuts, no editing no nothing. I’d love to know how to do that as after a couple minutes presenting nonstop I kind of feel the need of stopping, looking at a script and then filming again.. Anyway, thank you so much for the tip, 100 getting into your program very soon. This is my 5th month as a consultant and I’m making 2-5k a month, but I believe I can improve with your tips

One day I was thinking about how I would run my consulting business with a team. And I thought that I would definitely love to have a chef and a personal trainer. Then I thought that my team should also have that too to be as productive and healthy as me. And in this video you are talking about exactly the same thing! I am glad to hear that you care about your team too! 😊

Interesting video! Sam, how do you manage/maintain your private relationships/your marriage while working that many hours? (you said once 12h a day 6x days a week)

Thanks for another insightful video Sam, and great to hear you've had another mental breakthrough. I'd like to ask how you personally handle energy and motivation slumps, both in your current state but also the strategies you tried earlier in your career. From our perspective we see the 'before and after' Sam, but I'd like to know more of the strategies you've tried and layered over time (i.e. the 'becoming Sam' process). Thanks.

Great content as always! That warmap is incredible, man. Keep shooting content, especially on Jeff Bezos/Amazon or any other of these businesses (Uber, Airbnb etc.). Love that!

Great video. My only comment is you may consider looking at a better camera mount because your current one is a little shaky while you're holding the camera. The message delivered is very good, thanks Sam!

Please upvote this so Sam sees it! Sam, could you please make the book club public? So you publish the sessions you have with your team members via video, so we can see it as well?

Fantastic video Sam! Love your commitment to being exceptional. I'm adopting this 90 day sprint plan. It's a goal of mine to take these quarterly breaks. Lifting up the other 50 people on your team is going to have such a powerful impact for your business. Super wise of you. I struggle as well with finding a quiet place to produce content. We have a beautiful baby girl who is 7 months old and my wife is home. They really do amazing, but was thinking of getting an office. I want to have a silent place for strategy calls and my 2 live Q&A's each week. Not sure if I want to justify spending that money on rent for an office.
@bowendouglas96326 жыл бұрын
Congrats on your new baby girl Steve. Is there a co-working office space anywhere near you or a commercial realtor who can connect you with somebody who has too much office space? Maybe try a short-term, low-commitment option and see whether it pays off. You'll never know until you try.

Sam, it's a pleasure, I'm Juan Purdon from Mexico, I've watched your videos and followed them all, for example, the advice you give to take a bath at night before going to bed and it's true that you rest a lot more, and my question is, if you could do a Video and explain when you started in your days as an entrepreneur in your mother's garage, explain the system that you created to sell web pages in those beginnings, how did you create it and automation could I be interested in knowing? That would be interesting friend, greetings Sam.

Hi, my name is Anne and I do like what you have successfully accomplished for you truly have been helpful I have been only listening to you this evening coming into my email. I am an artist and have written over 5 books but have gone through a bankruptcy and have not got a lot of money, 3 more months of this and paying off debt, at the same time did not put this line of credit in my bankruptcy. I am going to take some courses at the college here in Ottawa on programming on my computer. I am very organized and disciplined, I lack knowledge in programming on my computer, I write all the time and I am poetic and always loved to express my self this way. I have just read Neilson Mandela biography to get my eyes off writing poetry to do a portrait of this man and have not completed it yet but have done a portrait of a great man called Ienstignne and ordered his book to read his biography then I can write a poem about this great man.

Your diet and exercise programme is great and no doubt effective, however, the human body does not assimilate one single atom which is not derived from the fruit or vegetable kingdom, there is huge room for growth and greater productivity within your diet choices. As you know, you are what you consume. Fruit and green leave vegetables only are the true diet of man.
