As stated above this should have been on the Miracle album but it wasn't used,so no official video was made at the time, hence just imagines. That album the group believed it would be their last as the doctors and told the inner circle that Freddie wouldn't make Christmas of 1988. Next I would like Flick of the wrist live I think the Rainbow, this is the first warning from the band that they were "untrusting" if their manager. This was ignored which lead to Death on two legs one of the best diss songs I've ever heard ( if you decide to do the second one use the lyric video where the whole song appears.ive the new intro on your channel. Blessings from England xx

It was originally recorded in 1988 but not officially released until 2022.

Released in 2022, Freddie had been singing bits of songs and lyrics while Rey sick, and left it all for the band to finish off and/or “do what you want with my music, but never make me boring”. This is about what he was going through. Should be evident. And I love it. Freddie really opened up a lot in those last years, exposing more of what he felt and was going through. He was really multi-complexed. But you can just tell ,if you listen and know him more from all here that’s on KZbin, he was letting us see more of “him”, knowing he’d be gone soon. And showing he’d grown a lot … in spiritual ways. Even his songs with Montserrat was sort of biographical. If you know the history of his first seeing her sing at the opera, , thought she was the greatest ever, but didn’t meet her until years later. She saw him in an interview mentioning how great he thought she was, her voice, and she called him and asked him ,to write Barcelona, loved him, asked him to do a whole album with her. He had to so-write opera songs…that’s why he needed help from that other writer. But Barcelona is supposed to be about the city, but it mirrors his feelings about first seeing her, etc., The Golden Boy is about his rise to fame, and what it cost him. How Can I Go On is about himself sickness and dashed dreams. Hope I didn’t type too much, 😬.

„It’s like kind of stitching bits together.” We looked at it many times and thought, oh no, we can't really rescue that. But in fact, we went in there again and our wonderful engineering team went, 'OK, we can do this and this.'It was kind of hiding in plain sight" Brian told Radio 2.

I love this song, but yes it gives me chills... I feel like it's Freddie singing to us now, not when it was originally recorded in the late 80's.

A long lost song that only resurfaced years after freddies death, a sad yet beautiful song.

The song was recorded during The Miracle sessions but never completed and left in a vault.... Brian May said that after Freddie's passing they went through their not jet published/completed songs many times but they never thought that they can do something with this song. In 2022 they took it to their sound technicians and they said the song can be salvaged. Brian also worked on it (because there was no second verse or ending) and they were able to bring Freddie's voice back to us. It's amazing but soul wrenching and heard to listen without crying... 😢💔

This was released just a couple of years ago, Honey. Freddie’s vocals were from Queen’s 1989 studio recording sessions for The Miracle album… This was a time period when Freddie was dealing with his terminal diagnosis (he was officially diagnosed in 1987) and its physical effects. It was a very creative prolific period, and Brian said there were actually 30 extra songs that were not finished/not included on the album! This song was not even a rough demo, though: Freddie’s vocals were part of a very rough jam session… Some “technical geniuses” were able to isolate and extract his vocals, so that Brian and Roger could add instrumentation to finish the song and release it. When this song was first released two years ago, it immediately went to Number One on music charts in… 21 countries! (There’s also an official animated lyric video, which I like better than this official music video… The visuals in this are kinda distracting for me, and the lyric video is very well done/very dramatic.)
