In 1978 Queen sponsored a nude all-female bicycle race. There was a poster from it featured in their album" Jazz" that this song and "Bicycle Race" were on. Both songs were inspired by the race and were often-times played back-to-back on the radio.

I saw them perform this live in West Berlin back in -79 during the "Jazz tour". Me and three friends went by car (an old rickety sixties Dodge Dart), ferry and car again from Karlshamn in south-eastern Sweden via Lübeck and Hamburg to Berlin. At the time, (West) Berlin was an enclave in the middle of what was then communist East Germany and only had contact with West Germany via a narrow rail and road corridor.
